VIXEN is a Graphical Development Environment, written in XBLite, that creates the XBLite source code for the skeleton of a Windows GUI application.

Usage:
1. Design your GUI presentation using VIXEN's WYSIWYG control editor;
2. Generate a working skeleton of your Windows® GUI application in XBLITE;
3. Open this skeleton by Ctrl+O and Ctrl+V with XSED or any text/program editor.
